A thank you note to you all,
Thank you so much for such a profound and moving weekend. I so loved exploring your wildness and most certainly your preciousness. Thank you for your vulnerability. Thank you for your tenderness and your fierce power. Thank you for your full engaging in the varied and yet wildly felt processes offered all weekend long. Thank you for passion and tears, laughter, screaming, seducing:)…right company, right wellness.
It is in this truly holistic; mind, body, spirit environment that allows us feminine beings to blossom. Even into the unknown and into our darker or hidden parts, which are ultimately our buried treasure. A paradox that leaves us feeling open and complete even if just for a moment. Gorgeous work, women! Thank you so much!
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?”

* Aftercare:
Be tender with yourself – Many of you worked more deeply that you expected to and many of you worked more deeply than you realize. It is common to remain “altered” for a week or two. Honor your psyche by nourishing yourself; lots of water, healthy food and sleep; staying away from environments, music, movies which are jarring or abrasive. -Contact any of the facilitators if you feel you need support :)
From Shift to Full Integration – Weekend workshops offer shifts in perspective. If you are, however, interested in permanent integration, change and transformation, then ongoing support is the key. – In my 12 years of conscious shadow work I have found that *ongoing* process-oriented women’s circles, therapy, and coaching cultivate lasting results. These modalities will not make your shadow or demons go away, but will offer you more space, choice and awareness of your shadows and greater facility in navigating your “shadow triggers”. -Contact any of the facilitators if you feel you desire this type of ongoing support :)
