FEM Talks – Berkeley – 2nd Mondays

Wild Woman at the Edge
What is at the Edge is always the beginning of new directions
There is no “Right Way” only the way that we choose
There is no “Right Time” only that which feels timely
there are no “Consequences” only the ways things evolve
Dancing at the edge is a delicate dance of balance…
of merging and emerging in the “No-Place”
Between words and images
Between silence and sound
Between what is dying away and what is coming to be.
In this birthing place of the future
Remember to be gentle and kind and tender with yourself.

Shadow Women,

Thank you for ushering the Spring with your passion and unwavering presence.

I am in complete awe at the vulnerability, trust and rawness that you each brought to the weekend. Because of you bravery and transparency, this weekend stirred up the whisperings of future offerings; I am left utterly inspired to create more weekends dedicated to the shadow.

Be tender with yourself:
Many of you worked more deeply that you expected to and many of you worked more deeply than you realize. It is common to remain “altered” for a week or two. Honor your psyche by nourishing yourself; lots of water, healthy food and sleep; staying away from environments, music, movies which are jarring or abrasive. -Contact any of the facilitators if you feel you need support :)

From Shift to Full Integration:
Weekend workshops offer shifts in perspective. If you are, however, interested in permanent integration, change and transformation, then ongoing support is the key. – In my 12 years of conscious shadow work I have found that *ongoing* process-oriented women’s circles, therapy, and coaching cultivate lasting results. These modalities will not make your shadow or demons go away, but will offer you more space, choice and awareness of your shadows and greater facility in navigating your “shadow triggers”. -Contact any of the facilitators if you feel you desire this type of ongoing support :)

Stay Connected:
(see each other’s contact info below)
-Join Our Women’s Social Network: http://Ripe-Paradigm.org – online network of aware women; share pictures, blogs, poetry, art, wisdom & much more…
-Our email Forum: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Ripe-Paradigm/ – Share resources, women’s events, and love here. You will automatically be added to this forum now, comprised only of women who have attended the Ripe Paradigm weekends.

Our Thanks to YOU!
We would like to invite you to attend ANY of our upcoming Spring Shadow workshops for the SAME price you paid for the Level 1 weekend – the next weekend is April 24-25 – please let us know asap :)

Thank you so much to our facilitators!
I know that each and everyone put a lot of time and effort into their segments, specifically catering their work not only to the weekend theme, but also making changes throughout the weekend to benefit the flow created by the participants.
Thank you!! I look forward to working with you all again in the future!
