Jen Devine aka JD has been a certified Sexuality Educator for over 10 years and teaching sex education to youth and adult for 20 years. She earned her Masters of Divinity, Starr King School for the Ministry in Berkeley, CA with a concentration in human sexuality and theology. She is known for her quick wit and her ability to bring respectful hilarity to the topic of human sexuality. She was formerly the volunteer coordinator for St. James Infirmary, SF’s sex worker health clinic.

Arisika Razak, RN, CNM, MPH – Director of Women’s Studies (CIIS). Former Director of Integrative Health Studies Program CIIS. Former Associate Professor of Women’s Spirituality CIIS
Arisika has worked with women from more than 80 countries, and led numerous workshops dealing with issues of birth, healing, diversity, sexual abuse, and recovery. Arisika is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor and has been a midwife, healer and spiritual dancer for over thirty years. She currently directs the Integrative Health Studies Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), San Francisco, CA where she is also an Associate Professor of Women’s Spirituality.
Arisika is also an African-American performance artist whose work is dedicated to reclaiming the power and sacredness of the female body. Her performance art is equally grounded in the cross cultural tradition of spiritual dance, the paradigm of empowerment and transcendence arising out of the birthing process, and her 25 year study of African, Asian, Native American and Neo-Pagan Religious Systems.

Staci Boden is a San Francisco-based writer, holistic healing practitioner and business consultant who helps individuals, groups, and organizations realize potential. Staci draws on 15 years of practical, spiritual and small business experience to meet people where they are through Dancing-Tree Consulting. Mireya has a strong interest in the integration of spiritual emergency processes, intergenerational and collective/historical trauma, diversity and gender issues, the immigrant experience, multicultural understanding, and the power of ritual, ceremony and creativity in community.
Since 1988, Mireya has been committed to the process of spiritual growth, consciousness exploration and creative expression. She studied Social Anthropology at Universidad Metropilitana in Mexico City. Her degree thesis focused on traditional women healers (curanderas), and participated in a comparative study of traditional and alternative ways of healing. She earned her M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a focus in Expressive Arts Therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, California. She also studied Drama Therapy at the Living Arts Counseling Center.
For the past ten years, Mireya has worked towards the empowerment of women through the use of the creative arts. She continues to lead groups exploring themes like domestic violence, women’s lineage,
the experience of being a woman of color, the integration of the spiritual journey, women and power, and life transitons. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for SpiralMuse – a women’s organization in the Bay area.
Jamie Kahl – Astrologist, Relationship/Partnership Coach
Jamie has now been practicing astrology in the Bay Area since 1992 and teaching since 1997. She is working on her NCGR Level 3 certification. She specializes in feminine archetypes and a positive, empowering approach.
Jamie enjoys working with individuals, couples and families to improve the quality of their lives and expand each person’s choices. Her teaching style is lively and interactive because she believes that growth and insight are fun and that the best teachers merely remind us what we already know. She has been studying astrology for 28 years. She’ll never be done.

The connection with my voice and music started very early in my life, I have been singing since I remember. Somehow life took me into this unique voice class, which higly encourage the connection between voice, body and soul. I realized that it’s no neccesary to be a musician to get into the depth of our voice and I discovered the boundless possibilities we have inside. We don’t have the instrument inside, we are the instrument!
Years later I came to the Bay Area attracted by the Sound Voice and Music Healing certificate at the CIIS and I became passionate about working with the voice, sound and music exploration which promotes a deep inner transformation, support therapeutic and growth processes and is a profoundly soul healing.
As a Multicultural person, Biologist, Sound Healer and Doula I have experienced an amazing interconnection between sound, nature and the mind-body-spirit. For the rest of my life I want to share sounding with woman and children in order to facilitate the self-exploration of this wonderful and playful tool that everybody have within.

Sherry “Huggi-Ma” is a multi-faceted healer and artist who has been doing her life work for over 10 years. She started her massage and tantric healing career while living at Harbin Hot Springs in 1996; since then she has accumulated 500 hours training in tantra and erotic education and 1000 hours in therapeutic massage. Sherry has taught Sacred Touch Massage for Women, The Art of Tantric Kissing for Couples, and Erotic Bodywork For Men, and has co-produced very successful sensuality/play parties for her entire community.
Presently Sherry’s specialties focus on Pelvic Healing Massage for Women, Tantric Intimacy Coaching for Couples, and ceremonial ritual leading for large events. Tosha Walper trained and worked as a physical therapist, osteopath and Shivananda Yoga Teacher in Bavaria, Germany. She has 14 years of work experience from hospital work to her own private practice.
Love and her adventurous spirit brought her to the East Bay three years ago. There she completed a Masters program in Culture and Spirituality at Holy Names University. During that time her daughter Lilly was born and she experienced the joys and afflictions of a new mother.
These intense, often arduous impressions influenced her work as a therapist deeply. After a three year break from treating clients for self-healing, she is very grateful that the inner passion for giving healing treatments came back. Now, she focuses mainly on helping people to pave the path for a consciousness and paradigm shift through gentle holistic healing work. She combines osteopathic, craniosacral and energy healing elements with an emphasis on the importance of self-love and patience; two ingredients essential for the body to let go of physical and emotional blockages. This enables a smooth energy flow for health and wellbeing. Physical problems like orthopedic pain, headaches or digestive issues are being solved simultaneously.
