Choice: Each participant is welcome to engage with any of our workshop experiences to whatever degree of intensity feels right for the individual. We believe that a gentle unfolding slowly over time is actually more powerful in the long-run than forced experience. You will not be pressured to go beyond your own level of choice.
Confidentiality: At the beginning of the weekend each participant will agree to our requests around confidentiality. We believe that each person is the owner of their own experience; we honor that as sacred and we ask each participant to consider this with reverence.
